CAMPAIGN BACKGROUND:

About 10,000 years ago Erabaan was the home world and capital planet of a intergalactic spanning empire of creatures, known in the common tongue as the Eldar. The nature of their sudden disappearance and subsequent ruin of their empire is shrouded in mystery. But what artifacts they left behind have shaped the face of history, for those who discover, plunder, or inherit such mythic creations hold phenomenal cosmic power.  10 millennia later, precious few of these artifacts remain, for many have been lost or destroyed. Though the secrets to the Eldar's awesome magicks have been lost to time, new forces have begun to replace them. New technologies and sciences have given rise to a new era. Black powder and rifling have changed the face of warfare. Astronomy has allowed for trade across the globe, something never before thought possible. Alchemical knowledge has rekindled and rationalized the once esoteric practice of Artificing.  The legend of Windfall is a common tale, of what may be one of the last undiscovered Eldar relics. Some say it is a hidden city housing unimaginable riches and power hidden somewhere in the mists of the Faewild. Others say it is the tomb of a great Eldar king high up in the clouds over Erabaan. And others yet say that the legend is a complete fabrication, and that if such a place existed, it would've been found by now.  This campaign will revolve around the discovery of the truth of this urban legend.

FACILITATOR: Connor is a mystical man who has been a Dungeon Master since the age of 10 years old. This wisdom was passed on to him from his father, who was the OG DM. Connor uses DnD as a method for self expression, imagination, creative play, and exploring other archetypes and aspects of the self. Connor is a martial arts teacher, a writer, woodworker, textile artist, and overall creative being in his life and in our shared business at Etheric Eye.
