Flowering Shapes ~ A Family Constellations Practice

Family Constellations is a therapeutic group experience to help us explore personal blocks, patterns, and ancestral dynamics in a somatic and playful way, within community.

During this full day workshop, individuals will represent family members or elements of the system surrounding an unresolved issue.

We get out of our minds and into

our bodies by representing living

maps for one another.

Tapping into a unique, innate bodily awareness, we illuminate underlying conflicts, influences, and generational patterns that may have previously been unseen.

This can be deeply transformative work, offering healing, understanding, and reconciliation.

Perspective shifts, clarity, and release of long-held emotional burdens can result.

Participants often report

• release from old patterns
• deeper connections
• increased sense of belonging
• profound self-acceptance

While we intend for all or most of the participants to receive a personal constellation, we cannot guarantee time will allow. Everyone will participate by representing something within each others' constellations, which often resonates deeply and may reflect our own experience or give us insight into other people and situations in our own lives. We will also share mini-constellations, which everyone will receive!

By participating in this experience, you will deeply explore belonging, and find acceptance of self and others in new and beautiful ways.

FACILITATOR: Jackie Dandelion is an artist and transformational worker. She intends to serve rebels, mystics, and sweethearts with validating, empowering resources. She hosts in-person Family Constellations workshops and retreats, lending warmth, depth, and mysticism to the practice. Jackie sees individual healing and self-acceptance as a contribution toward dismantling systems and traditions of oppression, collective transformation, and building a more healthy and beautiful world.
