Intro to Sacred Instruments: Gong & Singing Bowl Exploration with Reverb Yogi

Join us for a 6~ hour Sacred Instruments Exploration & Training here at the Sanctuary with Vinny of Reverb Yogi.

This course is for anyone looking to elevate their understanding of sound as a powerful tool for wellness, while exploring hands-on time playing gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, and crystal bowls. During this workshop you will gain insight into the art and technique of playing these instruments, as well as explore gentle music theory, hands-on practice time, and group sound bath exercises.

Sound has tremendous potential to promote relaxation and healing, and so developing our own self practice is needed more now than ever. Whether you're a yoga teacher looking to deepen your offerings, a music lover, or someone interested in the healing arts, this course offers an accessible blend of theory and practical application.

About Your Teacher

Vinny Colandrea is a sound practitioner and yogi from the Hudson Valley, New York. Vinny is a life-long student of music and meditation, who has trained under gong-master Don Conreaux, and Yogi / Mystic, Sadhguru.  As a student of all religions, spirituality and awareness are the foundation for his guided meditations and conscious gatherings in sound.
