During this 90 minute group healing experience, each individual will receive Reiki from Samantha, as Lauren facilitates an ethereal sound bath with crystal bowls, chimes, tongue drum, singing bowls, and other instruments which will be played both for the group and on/around each participant's body.

Just 7 spots for each experience to ensure everyone gets individual attention.

The intention for this workshop is to assist you in clearing away what isn't serving you, connecting to your spirit, offering grounding and deep relaxation for restorative renewal.

About Your Reiki Practitioner

Samantha is the owner of Moss and Moonlight. She is a Reiki Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, and Women’s Circle Facilitator.  Samantha specializes in trauma + emotional healing, feminine empowerment, and holding safe spaces that give permission for release and grounding relaxation. She is passionate about nature, creativity, somatic awareness, community connection, and sharing the wisdoms of the divine feminine.

About Your Sound Healer

Lauren is a NYS licensed holistic esthetician, traditional Usui Reiki Level II Practitioner and sound + energy healer. Although Lauren is an esthetician by trade, she loves to incorporate sound healing as well as others self care and healing modalities to nurture your mind, body and soul. Her belief is that everyone should have a self care practice.
