Virtual Women's Circle •  Throat Chakra: Communication & Expression - Harnessing the energy of the Full Moon.

This 90-120 min workshop contains: 

• Throat Chakra Lesson
• Circle discussion with guided prompts to foster connection
• Meditation Activities: Self Expression + Find Your Message
• Gentle Yoga: 30 mins to an hour
• Close with Distance Group Reiki

Who is it for?

An interactive group space to honor and utilize the wisdoms of the Divine Feminine.  Currently serving any who identity as women, ages 18-35. 

Come together in Sisterhood for an evening of reflection, group sharing, and ritual.

This community focused inner work creates a safe space to express and be seen and heard, intentional time to cleanse and let go, heal the Sister Wound, and honor our own authentic being.
