Self love is the greatest tool one can use to cultivate confidence, empowerment, joy, and a more easeful, happy life.

It not only allows you to show up and step into the truest version of yourself, but having self love also allows you to grant yourself forgiveness and acceptance when you aren’t at your best, for your flaws & mistakes; to see them as a part of the beautiful masterpiece that makes you, you.

ACTIVITIES

🌹 We will begin our day with a women's circle discussion to cultivate connection, community, and share wisdom. Deepen your understanding of self love and how to bring more of it into your life through a writing activity, meditation, and gentle embodiment yoga led by Samantha.

🌹 We will then take a break for lunch, with catered food from a local cafe that specializes in using fresh and healthy ingredients! Specify upon registering if you are vegetarian, gluten free, or have food allergies.

🌹 After lunch, we will gather for a workshop by Dariana on helping us reconnect to our bodies, understand the evolution and transformation of the physical body, self-care; including a self massage tutorial, and an exercise for releasing negative self beliefs and embodying love.

🌹 Our last workshop is with Taylor, who will guide us through a meditation and paint session aimed at expressing our vision of ourselves. Take home this painting on canvas to remember and keep the magic of this empowering day. You will also receive a gift bag donated by Jackie Barsuhn with Young Living Essential Oils.

This workshop begins at 10am and runs until around 4pm.
