Virtual Women's Circle | Birth Portal

During this women’s circle, we will tap into the portal of birth through meditation, connection & storytelling 🌀 ✨ This event is for maidens, mothers, and wise women alike, you do not have to given birth to participate.

Birth is one of the most transformational experiences and the threshold of our very existence. We will briefly go over the unfortunate history of birth trauma and mistreatment in hospital settings, a situation that is being advocated for and slowly improved upon in the US.

This intimate gathering, with just 8 participants, includes:

• Sharing via Guided Discussion, promoting genuine connection and community ~

Discussing our understanding of and societal perceptions around birth, and our feelings, thoughts, and experiences on the transition from creation to existence. If you have had birth, it is an opportunity to share your experience in a nonjudgmental space if you desire.

• Meditation & Visualization on the womb space 🌹

*Disclaimer: Birth stories can be triggering (or blissful!), but so important either way. If you are called to this event please have support in place to take care of your mental health.

About Your Host

Samantha Stengle is the owner of Moss and Moonlight. She is a Reiki Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, and Women’s Circle Facilitator.  Samantha specializes in trauma + emotional healing, feminine empowerment, and holding safe spaces that give permission for release and grounding relaxation. She is passionate about nature, creativity, somatic awareness, community connection, and sharing the wisdoms of the divine feminine.
