Virtual Women’s Circle | Self Care & Solidarity in Postpartum

During this women’s circle, we will discuss ideas, tips, and societal perceptions of the postpartum period — of which many women struggle if they are not prepared or supported.

All are welcome to participate whether you have had children (recently or long ago- share your wisdom!), are expecting, or do not have children - As women, we can support each other more when we better understand our community’s needs and feelings.

Guest speaker Liza Montanino will share insights on maintaining maternal mental health & self care.

We’ll also get a chance to meditate and connect in sacred space.

This intimate gathering includes:

• Sharing via Guided and Open Discussion, promoting genuine connection and lasting community 

• Discussion on societal perceptions around postpartum, the transition of motherhood, tips for postpartum mental health or supporting other postpartum women in your life, & sharing any personal feelings, thoughts, and experiences

• Guest Speaker Liza Montanino: Newborn Care Professional, Sleep Consultant, & Postpartum/Lactation Educator

• Meditation to relax the nervous system and honor self care

About Your Host

Samantha Stengle is the owner of Moss and Moonlight. She is a Reiki Practitioner, Ritualist, Doula and Circle Facilitator.  Samantha specializes in trauma + emotional healing, feminine empowerment, and holding safe spaces that give permission for release and grounding relaxation. She is passionate about nature, creativity, somatic awareness, community connection, and sharing the wisdoms of the divine.
