Virtual Women's Circle: Inner Cycles & Phases

Approximately 60-90 minute workshop + sacred Sister Circle.

This intimate event, with a limit of 8 participants, includes:

- Lesson on the connection between the cycles and phases of the moon, seasons, and menstrual cycle, and how work with them in harmony

- Sharing via Guided Discussion

- New Moon Activity

- Gentle Yoga

 (This event will still be relevant for women who do not get a period or are post-menopause.)
