We are going to get real and dive deep on the Sister Wound, share our experiences and struggles in feminine friendships, & receive a lesson on real and actionable steps to heal and connect with one another.

This 60-90 min workshop contains:

• Circle discussion with guided prompts on the topics with chances to listen, share and connect.
• Meditation
• Workshop lesson on healing the sister wound & skills to deepen feminine friendships

* This workshop will not contain yoga.

Who is it for?

An interactive group space to honor and utilize the wisdoms of the Divine Feminine.  Currently serving any who identity as women, ages 18-35.

Come together in Sisterhood for an evening of reflection, group sharing, and ritual.

This community focused inner work creates a safe space to express and be seen and heard, intentional time to cleanse and let go, heal the Sister Wound, and honor our own authentic being.
