In a Reiki/Intuitive Energy session, I support you in gently releasing stagnant energy, opening pathways for desired energy to flow in the subtle body. Energy work can be used to release tension, emotions, and invite you into more embodiment, wholeness, and empowerment. Reiki supports nervous system regulation. Clients often feel deeply relaxed by the end of a session. This practice offers pathways to balance, clarity, and renewal. Each session is a sacred invitation to nurture yourself through self-care, reflection, and connection with your inner self. I often include visualization, breathwork, and crystal grids.
